Whether you’re ready to order or still figuring out the details, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Here's an in-depth breakdown of the ordering process:
1. Artwork
The first step is providing the artwork or logo that you want printed. If you already have your design ready, great! We accept a variety of file formats including .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG, and .JPEG. If you don't have print-ready artwork, don't worry—we can help you clean up or recreate your design. Simply let us know what you need, and our graphic design team will assist in preparing it for print.
2. Locations & Size
Once we have the artwork, the next thing we’ll need is to know where you’d like your design placed on the garment, and how large you want it. This means specifying the location on the garment (e.g., left chest, full back, sleeve) as well as the approximate size of the print. For example, you might say, “Left chest logo, 4 inches in width” and “Full back design, 11 inches in width.”
If you’re not sure where to place the design or what size works best, feel free to ask—we’re more than happy to make recommendations based on your vision and our experience.
3. Garments
We offer a wide variety of garments that we can supply for your order. If you have a particular style in mind, let us know and we can provide options based on your needs. However, we also accept customer-supplied garments.
If you’d like us to supply the garments, we’ll need the following details:
- Garment Style Number (if you’ve selected a specific product).
- Garment Color (Please specify the color of each item).
- Size Breakdown: This helps us ensure you get the right quantities of each size. For example, “Small – x20, Large – x10, 2XL – x25.”
If you're unsure what garment to choose, don't hesitate to ask for suggestions. We can recommend a variety of styles, fabrics, and fits that will best suit your purpose, whether it's for corporate events, sports teams, or custom apparel.
4. Ink Colors
When it comes to ink colors, we can help match them to your existing brand colors or any custom color you have in mind. If you want us to match a specific Pantone color, just let us know. For example, you can specify “Pantone Red 186-C” or any other color you prefer.
We use Pantone Color Matching System (PMS) for consistent and accurate color reproduction. If you need a custom ink mix, we can create that as well to ensure it’s exactly what you need for your design.
5. Digital Proof & Approval
Once we’ve gathered all the details—artwork, placement, garment choice, ink colors, and sizes—we will create a digital mock-up of your design and send it to you for approval. This mock-up will show exactly how your artwork will look on the selected garment(s), including placement, size, and colors.
We want to ensure that everything looks perfect before production begins, so take your time reviewing the proof and let us know if any changes are needed. Once you approve the proof, we’ll begin the production process.
